If you're considering investing in a professional acting showreel, you probably have a few questions about the process. Our FAQ section covers everything you need to know about our showreel production services, including bespoke showreel scripts, showreel filming, professional editing, filming locations, turnaround times, rescheduling, pricing, and booking your shoot.

FAQ'S For our Standard Showreel Packages!

  • We aim to be as flexible as possible and work around our actors schedule, however our filming hours are 8:30am-18:30pm. If you would like to film outside of these hours then an additional charge of £15 p/h will be applied for every hour outside of these regular working hours. We can film on Saturdays and the occasional Sunday.

  • As part of our service we provide bespoke showreel scripts so we can capture the essence of YOU, and show that off in your showreel. If you decide not to use that part of our service then yes, you can write your own script(s). However the price for the package will remain the same, so there is no discount for writing your own script. If you do write your own script it needs to be under two formatted pages. If you want a longer scene that’s okay but there will be an additional charge for that.

  • We completely understand that life can throw curveballs, and you may not be able to make the agreed-upon date for your showreel shoot. If this happens and you notify us two weeks before the shoot, we can secure a new date using your original deposit. However, if you let us know after the cut of time , there is a £100 rescheduling fee. This policy is in place due to the unlikelihood of us being able to fill the slot on such short notice. We pride ourselves on offering bespoke showreels, so we strive to accommodate changes wherever possible.

    If however you change your mind about going ahead with the shoot after you have paid the deposit then we will reimburse your full deposit unless we have already written your showreel scene(s), in this situation the deposit is non-refundable.

  • We aim to have a four-week turn around. During busier times it can take slightly longer but if this is the case we will keep you updated. We allow for one re-draft per scene, if more are requested by the actor then there will be an additional charge of £35 per scene.

  • We like to make sure everything looks good. This takes a bit of time with adjusting lights, natural blocking and making sure we cover all angles etc. Filming, generally speaking takes around 2-3 hours per scene.

  • Interior locations are not included in our pricing. The majority of the time we will use an actors home in order to keep costs down and to ensure each scene has a unique feel. If your home isn't available/suitable for whatever reason then we do have a location catalog.

    If the scene would work in an exterior location then we have plenty of tried-and-tested spots dotted around London that we can use.

  • If you are struggling to find a showreel scene partner then we will do our best to provide one. We have a mailing list with professional actors, this gives us a good chance in finding a suitable partner for you. There is an additional charge of £40 per scene to cover the cost of the actors time.

  • To move forward in booking with us you can use the contact form in our ‘Contact’ page, or you can email us with your package of choice. Once this has been received we will respond within 24 hours to arrange a brief Zoom consultation to discuss scene/character ideas and get a date pencilled in. We will then ask for a deposit. £100 (1 x scene ) £115 (2 x scenes) and £145 (3 x scenes). Once that has been received your date will be confirmed and our writer can start drafting the scene(s). You will get a copy of the scene(s) within 72 hours of the time the deposit was received. After that, we will see you on set!

  • Yes we can absolutely do that! There will be an added charge for this extra service however of £35.

FAQS For our Showreel Sharer Day!

  • As you will be sharing each scene with another actor, we need to ensure the needs of both actors are met, therefore all scripts will be written by our in house writer.

  • We completely understand that life can throw curveballs, and you may not be able to make the agreed-upon date for your showreel shoot. If this happens and you notify us two weeks before the shoot, we can move you to our following months shoot using your original deposit. However, if you let us know after the cut of time , there is a £100 rescheduling fee.

    Please be mindful that the day relies on having four actors so rescheduling will not only effect our team but the other three actors you're partnered with.

    If however you change your mind about going ahead with the shoot after you have paid the deposit then we will reimburse your full deposit unless we have already written your showreel scene(s), in this situation the deposit is non-refundable.

  • In the event that one of the four actors can't make the shoot then we have three options:

    1. We could reschedule the entire shoot.

    2. Find a replacement actor. This would mean a change of one script per actor.

    3. We could move forward with the shoot as planned and each actor will end up with two scenes.

    If the third option is chosen then the price will change to £160 per actor.

  • We aim to have a four-week turn around. During busier times it can take slightly longer but if this is the case we will keep you updated. We don't include re-drafts in the package, however if you would like changes done then this will be invoiced at £35 per scene.

  • We like to make sure everything looks good. This takes a bit of time with adjusting lights, natural blocking and making sure we cover all angles etc. We allow 1.5 hours to shoot each scene. Each actor is released and called based on the scene order we decide.

  • We don't source locations. This is to keep the cost low, but also so each filming day looks different.

    The day going ahead relies on one of the four actors allowing us to use their home. A £20 discount is offered to the actor that does this.

  • Once we have booked in the four actors and decided on a location we will then ask for a £100 deposit from each actor, after-which we will then write each scene based on each actors vision. Each actor will receive their scripts within 72 hours of the final deposit being received. We will send out a shooting order 3-5 days before the shoot. Then, we will see you on set!
